The Massaciuccoli oasis
The Massaciuccoli Oasis, now Lipu Oasis, has been among the most renowned ornithological locations in Italy since the 1800s. Among the most spectacular karst caves of the Apuan Alps, the Grotta del Vento is a cave system that develops inside the Pania Secca. The tunnels, caves and various tunnels were created by rainfall which, penetrating the mountain rock, gradually gave birth to the wonders that can be admired today inside. The Orrido of Botri
