Welcome to Antica Casa dei Rassicurati!

Our enchanting Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic center of Montecarlo, a small and charming village in the heart of Tuscany, set amongst the green of the olive trees and the colorful vineyards. A few steps away is our namesake the Rassicurati Theater. In a late 1600 building, with a warm and friendly environment, typical of authentic Tuscany, we take care of our guests with cordiality and kindness. We are Giulia and David, a young couple, one from Pisa and the other from Livorno. Our home towns are famous for their historical rivalry, fueled today by memorable teasing. We've found in Montecarlo, the scene of struggles between the powerful of Tuscany since the Middle Ages, the ideal place for cultivating mutual parochialism ;) The intimate and genuine environment is reflected in the building itself. Careful renovations have been able to maintain the originality of the house, with wooden beams, terracotta floors and architectural details that tell the centuries-old history of the village that is home to it. Inside you will find the romantic rooms, arranged over 2 floors. Every room has with its own floral-themed personality, a traditional wrought iron beds, and is decorated with care and attention to detail.

We take care of you...

The care of your stay starts from the morning, with a tasty buffet breakfast, prepared with a large variety of sweet products and delicious homemade cakes. After breakfast we will be happy to give you tips to make your stay special and help you to better discover Tuscany. Upon your return, it will be a pleasure to welcome you to a warm and relaxing refuge, making you feel at home! In our small bar, you will find refreshing drinks, hot herbal teas or an excellent glass of Montecarlo doc. We will gladly surprise you with delicious aperitifs or tasty charcuterie boards, with a selection of cold cuts and pecorino cheese at km.2! You can enjoy this in our cozy lounge by the warmth of the fireplace on winter evenings. While on cool summer evenings you can relax in the lovely courtyard in front of the B&B, perhaps playing a boardgame you love. And for dinner we will recommend the restaurant that's just right for you. You won't be disappointed, Montecarlo is renowned for its delicious cuisine and excellent wine!
